LoCoco It is an amazing thing whenever a political person adopts a position for putting as many people as possible on public-political financial dependency so that their votes could neutralize or diminish the historical Constitutional culture of a country which was truly founded and established since the 13th Constitutional Amendment of 1865 on the freedom of slaves and the 19th Constitutional Amendment of 1920 on the equal rights for women in order to reach for a culture which would acknowledge the responsibility of every person therein to do everything in her or his life to have concern for the betterment and welfare for themselves and for all persons therein.
